Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you contact us, request a consultation, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, project location, professional role, project timing, plans, and the content of your inquiry. When you type into a form on our website or landing pages, we save what you enter as you go, even if you do not finish or submit the form, and we may use it to follow up on your interest. We and our service providers also collect technical information such as IP address, approximate location, browser type, device information, and pages viewed.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, arrange showroom visits, evaluate project fit, coordinate design or cabinetry conversations, maintain business records, protect the site, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to host the website and operate communications, scheduling, analytics, and customer-relationship tools. These providers may process information only to provide services for us and under their applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not share personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile messaging and consent

If you choose to provide a mobile number and affirmatively opt in through our messaging experience, DOCA Boston may send transactional, appointment, project, or customer-service text messages related to your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with service providers that support customer service or messaging is permitted only to operate those services. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the messaging service or as required by law.

Cookies and similar technology

We use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and PostHog to understand how people use our website and landing pages, which project questions they answer, how our campaigns perform, and how visits lead to inquiries. These tools may receive device and browser information, page and campaign information, approximate location information, your project answers, and the name, email address, and phone number you enter. PostHog also records visits to our pages, including clicks, scrolling, and what you type into our forms, so we can see where a page is confusing or a form is hard to finish. PostHog may connect this information to a browser identifier, and to your email address once you share it, so we can understand return visits and improve our pages and inquiry process. We do not collect passwords or payment card numbers. This measurement does not sign you up for marketing messages.

When you submit an inquiry, we may send Meta a server-side conversion event to measure campaign performance. That event may use cryptographically hashed contact details and limited request information such as IP address, browser details, and Meta campaign cookies for matching and deduplication.

These analytics and advertising tools are active for every visitor to our production website and landing pages. Our website does not respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signals. Browser identifiers on different site hosts are not necessarily shared. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and you can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time, as described below.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. No online system is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we hold.

Your choices and questions

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@docabostonkitchens.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain certain information when required or permitted by law. This site may link to third-party websites; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy
