Manufacture the approved package in Spain and coordinate international and local logistics.

Site preparation
Complete the construction work and readiness checks required before cabinet delivery and installation.

Cabinet installation
Install, align and adjust the DOCA cabinetry, then document product punch items.

Adjacent finishes and closeout
Complete surfaces, appliances, electrical, plumbing and other work assigned to the project team.
What moves the schedule
Five common dependencies
- Appliance decisions. Panel-ready models, ventilation and clearances affect cabinetry.
- Field conditions. Floors, walls and ceilings must be understood before final dimensions.
- Scope boundaries. Unassigned responsibilities become late surprises.
- Material fabrication. Porcelain and other surfaces follow templates, fabrication and installation requirements distinct from cabinet production.
- Site access. Delivery, storage and installation need a clean, secure and ready site.
The schedule becomes credible when every owner, input and approval is visible.
What to request before signing
Ask for the current project-specific sequence, the assumptions behind it, what has not yet been verified and which events can change the date. Treat any early timing as a planning range until technical approval and production release.
