Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us, request a consultation, use our chat widget, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, project location, professional role, project timing, plans, and the content of your inquiry. We and our service providers may also collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, arrange showroom visits, evaluate project fit, coordinate design or cabinetry conversations, maintain business records, protect the site, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to host the website and operate communications, scheduling, analytics, and customer-relationship tools. These providers may process information only to provide services for us and under their applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not share personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile messaging and consent

If you choose to provide a mobile number and affirmatively opt in through our messaging experience, DOCA Boston may send transactional, appointment, project, or customer-service text messages related to your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with service providers that support customer service or messaging is permitted only to operate those services. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the messaging service or as required by law.

Cookies and similar technology

With your permission, we use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and PostHog to understand page visits, campaign performance, and completed inquiry actions. These tools may process limited device, browser, referral, campaign, and approximate location information. We do not put form answers, email addresses, phone numbers, uploaded photos, or project details into browser analytics events.

When you submit an inquiry, we may send Meta a server-side conversion event to measure campaign performance. That event may use cryptographically hashed contact details and limited request information such as IP address, browser details, and Meta campaign cookies for matching and deduplication. Using a browser privacy signal does not affect delivery of your inquiry to DOCA Boston.

These analytics and advertising tools are active by default when you visit the site. We honor supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals: when your browser sends either signal, we do not load Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, or PostHog. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. No online system is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we hold.

Your choices and questions

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of the personal information you provided by emailing info@docabostonkitchens.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain certain information when required or permitted by law. This site may link to third-party websites; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
