With a background in commercial design and two years of experience in kitchen design, Chelsea brings both versatility and precision to her role as a Technical Designer and Showroom Manager. She thrives on meeting new clients and customizing DOCA’s cabinetry to fit each unique space, ensuring every design feels both personal and functional.
Chelsea loves the creative challenges that come with unexpected client requests, seeing them as opportunities to problem-solve and elevate the final design. Her guiding principle is that while a client’s vision is essential, part of her role is to guide them toward the best possible outcome — blending their ideas with her expertise to create spaces that truly work.
She takes pride in the scale and detail of her projects, especially the larger ones that require meticulous planning and coordination. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her dog, Pepe, and bringing the same care and attention to her personal life as she does to her projects.
Chelsea sees DOCA’s approach as special because of its unmatched flexibility. Not only does the team offer a contemporary, European style rarely found in New England — with cabinetry crafted in Spain — but they also take pride in finding solutions that other companies might turn down. For Chelsea, “the answer is usually never no.”
